Cantano of Peru is one of the highest selling males in the country. Once you see Cantano of Peru and his offspring you realize why we were so anxious to have him on our farm. His locks are incredible with great density, uniformity, and luster. Even after being sheared his locks still are defined. He has produced several show winning offspring. He has given us 100% suri and 98% color even from white dams. Unfortunately, and extremely sadly, Cantano of Peru died this summer of a tragic accident. Words can't express how much he will be missed.

Her typey Peruvian head with large dark eyes, straight legs, outstanding bite and very level top line makes her stand out in a crowd, and she is ready to show or breed.
Catalina delivered her first cria, NHSA Peruvian Francesca, out of Cantano's Peruvian Claytonite on July 5, 1007 - a healthy medium brown female with high luster and very nice locking.
If you like Accoyo bloodlines, and especially ones that aren't overused, then look carefully at Catalina. Accoyo Joselo (grand sire) and Accoyo Tesora de Marfil (grand dam) have produced outstanding show winners.
Description
Gorgeous, blackest of black, and "slick as butter" fleece! This typey daughter of Cantano of Peru is one of his last crias before his death in 2008, and Cantano left a beautiful legacy. Godiva has beautiful conformation with straight legs, a perfect topline and bite, and very pleasing proportions. Her very high luster, and non-fading black slick fleece just glistens in the sun. She is truly a beauty.
Godiva's sister, NHSA Claytonite's Francesca who is out of the same dam and Claytonite (Cantano son), did well at the 2008 shows, taking Reserve Champion at the Indiana Invitational Show with 1100 alpacas in show, and 2nd Place in a large class at the MAPACA Jubilee with 1700 alpacas in show, and the largest show in the world in 2008.
Godiva was bred to superfine Fox Run's Peruvian Nomar, a deep, deep maroon Macgyver son out of a true black dam and delivered a deep maroon (dark brown ARI color) with black points boy "WRSR Kennedy by Nomar" on 6/1/12. She is currently offered with her nursing cria and a breeding to your choice of any WRSR or NHSA herd sire. This is a great 3-in-one package and a chance to purchase true black genetics with a future jr. herd sire.
Godiva is statuesque and beautiful, and she carries on the now limited Cantano bloodline out of a stunning Jimbobway daughter.
