All alpacas entering the venue must be micro-chipped. The microchip number must be included on the Certificate of Veterinary Inspection and verified by the inspecting veterinarian.
To assist us getting animals out of trailers, through the check in and color check process in a timely manner, please be ready with your paper work when you get in line.
Please be sure you know where your animal is chipped.
If you have the newer 15 digit chips please bring your own reader.
For each animal you will need:
- 2 copies of the Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI), with BVD test results and microchip number and location written on it
- ARI certificates and Permission to Show Forms, if applicable
We recommend you also bring a copy of your registration forms.
Check back for further details.
