For each alpaca going to the Jubilee bring 2 copies of the following:
- ARI certificate
- Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) including:
- ARI Name of alpaca
- Microchip number
- BVDV results
- Permission to show form, if applicable

Pen registration closes (pens fill on a first-come/first-serve basis)
Halter entry deadline
Early Fleece entry deadline
Last day to cancel stalls or halter entries for refund
March 25
Last day to submit advertising materials for show program.

April 7
Late Fleece entry deadline
Skeins/Fiber Arts entry deadline
