    Registration policies and deadlines for the MAPACA Jubilee 2007

    • The registration forms will be available for downloading on Sunday, February 11, 2007.
    • Registration opens on Monday, February 12, 2007.
    • Registrations postmarked prior to February 12, 2007 will NOT be processed.
    • Registrations will be logged in based on postmark date.
    • Registration deadline is Saturday, March 17, 2007. Your registration materials MUST be postmarked no later than March 17, 2007. Warning: stall spaces sell out very early so do not hesitate to register for stalls immediately.
    • To simplify the process for both breeders and our registration team, we will only accept mailed registrations. No faxed registrations or on-line registrations will be accepted.

    • All payments are by check. Payment must accompany registration form(s). No credit cards will be accepted.

    Note

    • You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as possible after receipt of your registration papers and show entries. If you do not receive an email confirmation, you can email Hobert Ltd. Please do not call them to ask if your registration forms have arrived.

    • Once again we are offering the option of registering for pens first and sending in halter and fleece registrations later. If you wish, you may register (via the Breeder Registration Form) for your pens early in order to assure that you have pen space. Send in your Halter Entry Form at a later date when you have firmed up your "show string".
    • When you mail in your completed Breeder Registration Form, you must include full payment for stalls, sponsorships, meals and t-shirts. You have the option of sending in the Halter Entry Form and/or the Fleece Entry Form and/or the Skeins/Fiber Arts Entry Form at a later date, if you choose. Be aware of deadlines - see below. At the time you send in the Halter and/or the Fleece Entry Form, you must include payment and copies of all applicable paperwork or your entries will not be logged (ARI Registration Certificates, Buyer's Permission to Show Form).
    • Pens will fill up on a first-come, first-serve basis. A maximum of 5 pens per farm (includes farm display). MAXIMUM of 2 ANIMALS PER STALL EXCEPT 3 JUVENILES (6 mo.- 1 year). We will be checking!!
