The Fiber Committee has the task of enhancing the fleece, skein and fiber art show at the Jubilee. The long term goal will be to follow members' interest in any and all categories that will enhance and encourage our fleece industry. |

The Finance and Systems Committee’s duties include preparing an annual budget for the organization as well as developing and monitoring systems that ensure the financial viability of MAPACA. This committee also maintains the various electronic and web-based systems that are utilized by the organization. |

The Long Range Plan Committee has the task of identifying the future needs of our organization and taking steps to develop a plan for those needs. |

The Marketing & Publications Website Committee has the task of improving the current website and Newsletter to provide a venue for communication and commerce among members and between members and the public. It is also charged with reviewing and overseeing the production of other printed and electronic media that is used in the promotion of MAPACA and the alpaca industry. |

The Membership Committee has the task of creating ways to sell the “value” of a MAPACA membership to increase our membership across our region as well as promoting membership involvement. This committee is also charged with the mission to conitinually review and enhance the benefits of MAPACA membership. |

The State Liaison Committee has the task of creating an open pathway for communication between the state affiliates and MAPACA and identifying and overseeing the implementation of ways that MAPACA can work with the State AOBA Affiliates to the betterment of the Mid-Atlantic alpaca community. |
