Mission Statement

The mission of the Mid-Atlantic Alpaca Association (MaPaca) is to provide education, guidance, support, and resources to help new and existing alpaca owners, breeders, and alpaca-related businesses to establish or grow their businesses and become successful in the alpaca industry. We do this through the publishing of a quarterly newsletter and quarterly meetings. Our major event, the Eastern Alpaca Jubilee, is open to the public and held annually in the Mid-Atlantic region. It features free lectures, demonstrations, shows for alpacas and their fleeces, breeder exhibits and vendors with a festival format.
