Jubilee 2010 Quick Checklist

• AOBA required forms (if applicable)
• AOBA Owner of Record for Show Entry Form (formerly Buyer’s Permission to Show Form)
• Exhibitor’s Disclosure Form(s) for Halter Show
• Exhibitor’s Disclosure Form(s) for Fleece Show
• ARI Certificates

Bring with you:

• Two copies of all paperwork
• Copy of ARI Certificate
• Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) with appropriate microchip numbers, negative results to BVDV, TB (out of state) and Brucellosis (out of state)
  Important Note: If your alpaca is coming from a TB free state, it is no longer required to have the TB test. Check with your local vet to see if you are from a TB free state. All North East and South East states are TB free states.
• Microchip in your animal and working properly
• All gear and marketing materials needed to have a successful weekend
