AOBA required forms (if applicable)

• AOBA Owner of Record for Show Entry Form: The AOBA Owner of Record for Show Entry Form (formerly Buyer’s Permission to Show Form) is not part of health requirements but may be necessary for you to be able to show an animal at an AOBA-sanctioned show.
• Exhibitor’s Disclosure Forms for Halter & Fleece Shows: Please review the list of judges that will be judging both Suris and Huacayas as well as the fleece and performace classes at the show. You are required by AOBA to fill out an Exhibitor’s Disclosure Forms:
  • Halter Exhibitor’s Disclosure Form(s)
  • Fleece Exhibitor’s Disclosure Form(s)
• ARI Certificates

Bring with you to the show:

• Two copies of all paperwork
• Copy of ARI Certificate
• All pertinent health paperwork. See link to Health and Barn Requirements for specific requirements for your alpacas.
• Properly functioning microchip in each alpaca
• All gear and marketing materials needed to have a successful weekend!
