Guidelines for 2008 MAPACA Jubilee Halter & Fleece Show

Show Judging
- The Jubilee Halter Show will be judged using the 60/40 method.
- There will be 4 rings running simultaneously (arrange for extra handlers if necessary):
- Ring 1 – Male & Female Suri + brown Male Huacaya classes
- Ring 2 – Male Huacaya classes except brown
- Ring 3 – Female Huacaya classes
- Ring 4 – Performance classes.
Stall Limits
- Alpacas MAY NOT be housed in any trailer or vehicle in the parking lot of the facility.
- Stall assignments will be made on a first come first served basis upon completed, paid entry. Please remember that priority stalling is given to sponsors according to level of sponsorship.
- There is a limit of FIVE total stall spaces per exhibitor at the 2008 Jubilee. Diamond and Emerald Sponsors will be eligible for additional stalls as outlined in the Sponsor information.
- Stall dimensions will be 8’ x 10’w. Note: There is a limit of 3 juveniles or 2 yearling/adult alpacas per stall. This will be checked. If you have too many animals in a stall you will be asked to leave with your extra animal so please pay attention to this rule.
- Pen panels, sod and electricity will be provided and are included in your individual stall prices. You must bring your own extension cords.
- All alpacas must be in their stalls no later than 7pm Thursday April 24, 2008.
- If you would like to have a farm display, remember to request a stall space for that purpose. To comply with the Fire Code, the aisles may not be blocked. Please ensure that your display does not extend beyond the 10’ x 8’ area.
