Registration Policies and Deadlines
for the MAPACA Jubilee 2008
1. Registration opening date is Friday, February 15, 2008 at 9:00am.
2. Your registration will not be complete until we receive your payment in full.
3. MAPACA is only accepting online registrations.
4. Any changes to your registration after you submit your form must be done by contacting our
Registration Office at mapaca@hobertltd.com or (970) 586-9519.
5. Any changes to halter show entries or decrease in stalls after March 15, 2008 will be charged
a processing fee as follows:
- $25 fee per request/occurrence (e.g. 3 halter show changes at once = $25) with a maximum of only 2 changes requests per farm allowed
- $50 will be charged for any cancellations before March 15, 2008
- No refunds will be given after March 15, 2008
Payment
MAPACA is accepting both checks and credit cards for payment. Once you have registered with the on-line system, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Please PRINT that form and mail it with the following:

Note:
Once payment and proper paperwork has been received in the office, you will receive another email confirming that everything has been received and you are registered. YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED.
