Registration Policies and Deadlines
for the MAPACA Jubilee 2012

1. Registration opens on January 29, 2012.
2. Your registration will not be complete until we receive your payment in full, ARI Certificates,
    Exhibitor’s Disclosure(s) and, if necessary, a copy of the Owner of Record For Show Form.
3. MAPACA only accepts online registrations. Payment may be made by credit card or check.
4. Any changes to your registration after you submit your form must be done by contacting our
    respective Show Superintendents.

5. Up until April 3rd, 2012 or the early closure of registration (because of the show selling out), you may log in to your show account and make changes to your entries free of charge, the exception being to decrease stall total or a complete cancelation. This exception (decrease in stalls or a complete cancelation) requires a $50 administrative fee.

After April 3rd, 2012 or the early closure of registration (because of the show selling out), a $10 change fee – per change - for each entry change will be applicable.  Any changes made after April 3rd can only be made at the discretion the Show Superintendent. 

Complete cancelations by a farm after April 3rd, 2012 or the early closure of registration will result in no refund.

Fees

Prices for Stalls and Halter fees have remained unchanged from last year!

Fees for the 2012 Jubilee are as follows:

• Stall fees are $195.00 for MAPACA Members before 3/18/2012. Per stall fees are $235.00 for non-MAPACA members before 3/18/2012. Stall fees increase to $275.00 for all exhibitors after the early-bird deadline of 3/18/2012.
• Halter Class entries registered on or before 3/18/2012 are $45.00; After 3/18/2012 the fee increases to $55.00
• Fleece Class entries registered on or before 3/18/2012 are $35.00; After 3/18/2012 the fee increases to $45.00
• Get of Sire/Produce of Dam HALTER Class fees are $45.00 on or before 3/18/2012. Fee increases to $55.00 after 3/18/2012.
• Get of Sire/Produce of Dam FLEECE Class fees are $35.00 on or before 3/18/2012. Fee increases to $45.00 after 3/18/2012.
• Adult (18 years of age or older) Performance and Showmanship Class entry fees are $26.00 per person.
• Youth Performance and Showmanship Class entry fees are $10.00 per Youth.
• Fiber Arts entry fees are $20.00; Skein Competition entry fees are $20.00

Payment

MAPACA is accepting credit cards for payment during the on-line registration process. You may also pay by check, but note that the postmark on your payment envelope will determine the order of your stall placement. Once you have registered with the on-line system, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Please PRINT that form and mail it with your:

• ARI Certificates
• Halter Exhibitor’s Disclosure Form(s)
• Fleece Exhibitor’s Disclosure Form(s)
• Owner of Record For Show Form (if applicable)
• Check (if paying by this method)

The above paperwork must be postmarked no later than April 4, 2012. Send all paperwork (and check if applicable) to:
