Registration Policies and Deadlines
for the MAPACA Jubilee 2010

1. Registration opens on January 23, 2010.
2. Your registration will not be complete until we receive your payment in full, ARI Certificates,
    Exhibitor’s Disclosure(s) and if necessary a copy of the Buyers Permission to Show Form.
3. MAPACA is only accepting online registrations and payments.
4. Any changes to your registration after you submit your form must be done by contacting our
    respective Show Superintendents.

5. Up until March 23, 2010 or the early closure of registration (because of the show selling out), you may log in to your show account and make changes to your entries free of charge. The exception being a decrease in stalls or a complete cancelation. This exception (decrease in stalls or a complete cancelation) requires a $50 administrative fee. 

After March 23, 2010 or the early closure of registration (because of the show selling out), a $10 change fee – per change - for each entry change will be applicable.  The changes made after March 23 can only be made at the discretion the Show Superintendent. 

Complete cancelations by a farm after March 23, 2010 or the early closure of registration will result in no refund.

Fees

Fees for the 2010 Jubilee are as follows:

  • Stall fees are $275.00 (MAPACA members recieve a 10% discount!)
  • Halter Entries registered before 3/24 - $50.00
  • Adult Performance Entry $26.00
  • Fleece Entries registered before 3/24 - $36.00
  • Fiber Arts $20.00
  • Skeins $20.00

Payment

MAPACA is accepting credit cards for payment during the on-line registration process. Once you have registered with the on-line system, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Please PRINT that form and mail it with your:

  • ARI Certificates
  • Exhibitor’s Disclosure Form(s)
  • Buyer’s Permission to Show form (if applicable)

By April 1, 2010, mail paperwork to:
