Sponsorship Opportunities

The Jubilee Show Committee thanks you in advance for your generous contributions that help make our show successful and aid the mission of MAPACA and its members! Please note that some sponsorship levels are available in limited numbers.

Stall placement will be determined in order of receipt of paid sponsorship selection. For Halter and Fleece "Top Honors," a MAPACA representative will contact you for your choice of which award or event you would like to sponsor. Options will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Emerald Sponsor Level (Limited to 10 Farms - $2,500)

• VIP Concierge Service check-in in including:
  • Private entrance with preferred parking
  • Extra handlers for unloading alpacas and gear
  • On-trailer health check service
  • In-stall color check service
• Premium location stalling with one complimentary 8’ x 20’ end-cap farm display
• Premium stall locations shall be based on the value of sponsorship and date of payment.
• Ten complimentary beverage tickets for use at cash bar (open every afternoon, Thursday through Saturday)
• Complimentary full page show book advertisement
• “Emerald Sponsor” name badge and recognition ribbon for your stall
• Special recognition during exhibitors meeting, Championship Sunday and throughout the event on PA system
• Logo imprinted on primary show signage
• Logo with website link on ALL Jubilee website pages
• Your supplied farm banner displayed in the show ring of your choice

Ruby Sponsor Level (Limited to 15 Farms - $1,500)

Auction Sponsor Level (Limited to 10 Farms - $750)

• Preferred stalling based on the value of sponsorship and date of payment.
• Four complimentary beverage tickets for use at cash bar (open every afternoon, Thursday through Saturday)
• Complimentary quarter page show book advertisement
• “Auction Sponsor” name badge and recognition ribbon for your stall
• Farm show signage on display at the auction provided by MAPACA

Fleece Show “Top Honors” Level (One per listed award/award group - $500)
