Guidelines:
- YES! You can enter BOTH shows! Some class restrictions apply. Please refer to the Small Breeder Definition.pdf to assure compliance for Small Breeder Classes
- Your registrations will not be complete until we receive your payment in full, ARI Certificates, Disclosures and, if necessary, a copy of the AOA_Owner_of_Record_Form.pdf
- MAPACA only accepts online registrations. Payment may be made by credit card or check. All checks must be mailed to Nicole Phillips - address below - and received by April 8th. MAPACA cannot be responsible for delays via the US mail.
- After April 1st a $20 substitution fee - per change - for each entry substitution will be applicable. Any entry substitutions made after April 8th can only be made at the discretion of the Show Superintendent.
- No refunds will be issued after registration closes.
- Any changes to your registration after you submit your forms must be done by contacting the respective Show Superintendent:

Fees:
Fees for the 2023 MAPACA Jubilee, the Mid-Atlantic Alpaca Gala and the Walking Fleece Show:
- Halter Class fees are $45.00 EB / $55.00 after March 5th
- Fiber Arts $20.00*
- Walking Fleece Class fees are $45.00
- Get of Sire / Produce of Dam Halter Class fees are $25.00
- Breeders Best Three Halter Class fees are $40.00
- Youth Performance Class fees are $20.00 per person
- Youth can compete in Performance: Showmanship, Obstacle, Public Relations and Costume
- Companion alpacas can be entered on the same page as the halter entries $0
- Vendor fees are $300.00
- Stalls for members are $175.00 EB or $185.00 after March 5th
- Stalls for non-members are $185.00 EB or $195.00 after March 5th
- Substitution Fee is $20.00
- Changes to registration after April 1st will incur a $25.00 change fee

Payments:
MAPACA is accepting PayPal for payment during the on-line registration process.
You may also pay by check, but note that the postmark on your payment envelope will determine the order of your stall placement.
All checks MUST be received by April 8th, MAPACA is not responsible for delays via the US mail.
You will receive an email confirming your registration when completed. Please PRINT that form and mail it with any payment you make by check.
