Summer Crias!

Like most of us Alpaca farmers, we spend months of the Summer on cria watch! With the much awaited last cria, our Black Rose did not disappoint! The sire is Sakima’s Braxton and we are in love with our true black Braxton’s Blackfoot, a strong and handsome male!

We’re still working on establishing a permanent male pasture for our Maverick & the new kids. They’re all real sweethearts…we have 3 male crias! Blackfoot, lively Hondo from Silver Sunshine and Innsbruck’s Johnny Cash (barn name: awesome little Cash) from Amidala!

Our Super Girl produced a stunning fawn female who we named Super Jes-Z. Sire is Zagato Zumba and we love this girl’s confirmation and shiny crimped ringlets! She was born in May and looks fantastic even after cria shearing, she’s gorgeous!

Mary Tyler Moore gave us a beautiful female in June, we named her Mary’s Thunder Lily. The sire is Autumn Mist Alpaca Farm’s, The Thunder Rolls! Awesome bloodlines! The Jorritsma family are the best at what they do and very supportive, we appreciate them.

Aqualina is now the official Grandma and Little Lucie is the sweet Auntie. They play their roles perfectly with our small herd.
